7 night Yoga {& Surf} Retreat with Becky Rosko {& husband Steve ‘Bedford’ Brown WINTER of ??? in Nosara, Costa Rica
Yoga Twice daily practice with Becky, the yogi is guided through a fluid physical practice with a playful sense of curiosity, encouraging development through exploration. The classes build upon themselves throughout the week creating an inspiring progression to take your yoga off your mat and into the world {& sea}. Becky’s classes are a canvas for creative expression with the body and a gateway to explore from inside out. The evening practice will be a Yin exploration with props and deep releases.
{&Surf} Learn to let go and surf with Bedford. Relax & learn how to paddle through the soft rolling surf of Nosara. Bedford will be hands on from first pop-ups on the beach to your last wave in the white water.
Land{&Sea} The charming grounds & quaint accommodations provide a down to earth setting to unplug and renew. The natural surroundings, rich in exotic plants & wildlife, create an oasis for relaxation, personal growth & creative development. A 5 minute walk to the secluded white sand beach of Playa Pelada… where earth and sea meet in sweetness that Costa Rica provides.
